As of Tuesday 5:08 p.m.: We accepted the better of the two offers (the bad offer was insulting, actually) - so things are looking good! Out of the mouth of our realtor: "Things are looking about 85% great for a win-win situation for everyone!" (pending inspection, loans, all the legal stuff we have to do now). We thank God for this answer to prayer!!
After showing our house 4 times in the past 2 days, we are jumping for joy (shouting "YES!!" like Dwight Schrute does often in "The Office") because our realtor just called us with unparalleled good news that TWO DIFFERENT OFFERS are now coming in at the same time! A potential bidding war! A VERY likely sale of our home!! YES!!!! Stay tuned... details as we get them...
