My roommate(s) and I once… hosted a swing party, and invited everyone we knew. we moved the furniture out of the way and danced, danced, danced! it was hot, crowded, and really fun. later in looking at my pictures from the night i realized my zipper had been down for who knows how long.
Never in my life have I… been to Hawaii. (a surprising amount of friends throughout my lifetime have!)
High school was… a true growth experience. recently i read my journals from 10th grade and i was amazed at how worried i was about everything from grades to friends to guys. if i could have communicated with myself then with the maturity i have now, i would have said, "dawn, just relax. it's all going to turn out fine." which is probably what 50-year old dawn would say to me about my life now, too.
When I’m nervous… i get sick in my stomach, shaky, and quiet.
My hair… has been cut based off of a picture i've had of jennifer garner for the past 3 years. i may always have my hair cut this way. :)
When I was five… i started kindergarten in southern california.
When I turn my head left… I see framed pictures of family members sitting along our mantle.
I should be… unpacking a box or organizing a pile of papers. yeah, right! this is probably the only time today when both babies won't need me.
By this time next year… i hope we will be moving into a newly-bought house here... and that our community of friends in huntsville will be rich and strong!
My favorite aunt … is Cindie, who is so nice, fun, and funny. i haven't seen her in so long!
I have a hard time understanding… anything regarding apr's, mortgages, 401k's, etc. even though i know it's all very important, it makes my head hurt.
You know I like you if… i say, "let's all get together soon for dinner or games or a movie!" (that's code for "be my friend!")
My ideal breakfast is… bean & cheese tacos from taco cabana.
If you spend the night at my house… you'll learn a lot about us by all of the pictures displayed everywhere.
My favorite blonde is… Rachel McAdams.
My favorite brunette is… the aforementioned Jennifer Garner.
I shouldn’t have… allowed my frustration to ruin quality time with family this past monday.
Last night I… ate a delicious quesadilla from little rosies (a suitable replacement for taco cabana!)
A better name for me would be… i always thought i looked like a "sandy". but i like my name.
I’ve been told I look like… my mom, Bo Derek (this is not a joke!), Brooke Shields (must be the eyebrows), Elisabeth Shue, and Michelle Pfeiffer (that last one was from my husband, what a sweetie!)
If I could have any car, it would be… a jeep grand wagoneer with wood paneling!
