Lucy opted to sit on the pumpkin instead of the hay bale. Hey, she's cute that way.

After observing the bunnies for quite awhile, she summoned the courage to touch one.

One of the coolest things there was the big ole pit full o' corn kernels. (Called the Corn Crib). Lucy was tentative at first, and soon realized that she liked the way it felt to move around in there. The corn seemed cool and soothing to the touch, but I bet Lucy wouldn't choose the word "soothing" to describe the way it felt to have kernels embedded in her pants.

Lucy liked hanging out inside a little house with its outer walls decorated in small pumpkins.

This is the only family shot taken all day, and it was towards the end of our visit when we were especially hot, tired, and hungry (clearly expressed on both of the kids' faces). But it was super fun! I hope we can go back again when it's cooler outside.
