Last weekend we traveled up to Philadelphia to see Dave's family. Our new nephew Benjamin was born on October 4, and Lucy wanted to meet her new cousin. It was a great time. You can catch a nifty slideshow of our visit by clicking here.
This weekend we are traveling to northern Illinois for Dave's first face-to-face interview with Silver Creek Reformed Church. We are excited to meet the people of this body of Christ and see the area where the church is located.
Please pray for peace, joy, and confidence as we head into uncharted territory (literally & figuratively). Pray for Dave's many interviews and for our hours spent being "on display" to a new group of people. Thanks!
